  • 1 teaspoon green tea
  • 1 teaspoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosehip
  • 1 teaspoon dried hibiscus


Mix all tea ingredients together in a teapot with 2 cups boiling water and steep for 3-4 minutes. Preferably, you can buy reusable tea bags and create your own bags of tea.   • 1 teaspoon white tea
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated or sliced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ fresh lemon sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Combine all ingredients with 2 cups of boiling water in a small teapot and let steep for 5-6 minutes. This tea mixture is best made fresh and enjoyed right away.

  • 1-2 teaspoons rooibos tea
  • Small handful of fresh peppermint or 1 teaspoon dried peppermint tea
  • 1 teaspoon licorice tea or fresh licorice root
