- 2-20oz cans of naturally sweetened crushed pineapple, or 1 large fresh pineapple cut into chunks
- 1 lime
- 1 ½ cups of cream
- Almond or coconut milk
You can make this recipe in couple of ways using fresh or crushed pineapple. If you do not make the popsicles for too many people, then cut the pineapple in half, or use 2-20oz cans, but naturally sweetened. Put the slices into a blender and add a juice of lime if you like more tart flavor. You can also add 1-2 tsp of your fav sweetener if the pineapple is not sweet enough. Blend this until you get frothy and smooth consistency. Then combine it with your 1 ½ cups of creamy ingredient (whipped cream) as the texture needs to be fluffier, and you can add some almond or coconut milk (fill fat). Put it in the fridge and serve as a “Dole Whip”, or pour it into Popsicle molds.
