  • 1 cup of instant oatmeal
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of water
  • Two cups of pineapple chunks (sliced)
  • 5oz (40 gr) of raw honey
  • 5oz (40 gr) of crushed almonds
  • 25oz (7 gr) of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of raw natural orange juice.


Begin with cooking the oatmeal. After that, take the pineapple chunks and squeeze the juice from them. Use the juicer to blend the cinnamon, almonds, honey and orange.
